Decipher genomic classifier and Artera AI tool show moderate correlation in prostate cancer

A multi-institutional comparison of 688 patients found Decipher Genomic Classifier and ArteraAI Multimodal AI scores were correlated and each independently prognostic for distant metastasis-free survival, with some discordant cases showing different risk classification.

Why it matters: Clinicians using genomic or AI-based risk tools should know the two platforms do not always agree and may provide complementary rather than interchangeable information.
