Real-world data show similar survival across ARPI doublets, all better than docetaxel doublet

In over 9,100 US men with metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer, abiraterone, apalutamide, and enzalutamide doublets each showed superior progression-free survival versus docetaxel doublets, with comparable overall survival among all regimens and no clear differences between ARPIs.

Why it matters: Reinforces that any ARPI doublet is a reasonable first-line choice over docetaxel doublet in real-world mHSPC practice.
